Because of Nicola I managed to keep my job ! My Daughter was getting Married in November 2012 ! My work informed me I had to do my SVQ2 ! Nicola was such a great help, she would even sometimes come to my home to save me from having to get the bus to the College, She kept encouraging me that I would be fine and would get through the course she actually helped me to believe that YES I could complete this. She always had great patience and made it all seem so easy
